Services
All Services are performed on a Per Client basis. The scope of work is determined beforehand and no Refund no Exchange is given once work has begun. Projects may be terminated, by electronic communication, with a written follow-up via U.S. Mail before the project has begun.
Classes
In-Person classes are contracted per the term and no refund is given.
Live Online classes are contracted per the term and no refund is given.
At-Your-Own-Pace online Classes may be canceled and refunded in their entirety before the Course is signed into for the first time.
New Items
New Items sold on our websites or in-person are custom made and sometimes purchased for a one-time special event. As such, they are not eligible for refund nor exchange. If you need to see the item prior to purchase, you may arrange an in-person viewing of the item via our Contact Form.
Used Items
In-Person Pickup: As the items are inspected prior to payment, there is no refund nor exchange give.
Mailed Items: We take great care to describe the item in a truthful manner. Photographs are provided so you may see the item prior to purchase. A video of the item will be provided upon request. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges can be given on Used items.
